Marcella Patten is Property Manager for Shiver Management Group, handling leasing and tenant re-certifications. Over the last decade, Ms. Patten held a number of positions with the Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority before joining the private sector as a Occupancy Specialist. She is certified as an Assisted Housing Manager and attended Strayer University in Alexandria, Virginia.
